Amanda Greenwell, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in San Diego, California. She graduated with a Masters in Social Work with an emphasis in Community Mental Health from Cal State University Fullerton. She has spent the last five years providing crisis intervention and trauma informed care in the emergency department for those with various mental health concerns.

Amanda also has experience in running bereavement groups and providing support to survivors of sexual assault. Amanda enjoys traveling throughout Mexico with her husband, camping, and spending time with her dog, Charlie.

After spending years in the emergency department, Amanda began feeling what many emergency personnel experience, burnout. This pushed her to seek alternatives to traditional mental health treatments and led her to learn more about Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB). Amanda is excited to offer integrative therapy to those receiving SGB treatments. Why? Because it is an effective, minimally invasive treatment with few side effects, that provides individuals an opportunity to feel better. To feel whole again. SGB also serves as an alternative for many clients who are not interested in taking medications or have found medications ineffective.
