I am passionate about health promotion and disease prevention. I believe in the quality of life over quantity of life and meditation over medication. After 2 decades of medical experience, I have become aware of the shortcomings of allopathic (“Western”) medicine, and that only through an integrative approach can I truly help my patients.

I strive to end suffering both mental and physical. I am no stranger to emotional pain. After losing my husband tragically to suicide in 2019, I was compelled to find a better way to alleviate the suffering of those dealing with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am here to talk about your grief in an open, non-judgmental setting utilizing a variety of approaches to allow you to live alongside your grief.

Amy comes to us with over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine, with 15 years as a PA and 5 years as an EMT, in addition to 5 years experience in family practice. She received her medical training at Western University of Health Sciences, graduating top of her class after completing her undergraduate studies in Human Development at UC Riverside, graduating Magnum Cum Laude. She specializes in hormone replacement therapy and is passionate about sexual wellness and women’s health.
